When do you all start using OPK?
Hello all,
Af started today cd1 and I’m wondering should I start with opks from cd1 or wait till after af is gone then start using them? It’s been along time since I used them before. I’m remarried and husband and I are trying now. We have been off bc for months not but nothing. I also got pre-seed and not sure when to use it either? Any helpful advice is appreciated ☺️
