5 weeks today... bleeding and cramps

I have terrible cramps and bleeding bright pink and red blood, when wiping there is lots of it. I have the doctors tomorrow and I don’t really know what to do right now. Shall I take another pregnancy test? What if it’s negative?! I feel very lost. Any advice would be more than welcomed.
