My husband and I have been actively TTC. We got our first positive Saturday. I should be about 4 weeks and 4 days with baby number three. Yesterday evening I started spotting bright red blood when I went to the bathroom. Everything I looked up said it could be implantation spotting, and even cramping could be normal. This morning, I wake up to cramps and blood like I am on my period. I don’t know what’s wrong and I know the only way to know for sure is see a doctor. I just don’t want to hear we are having a miscarriage as we just suffered one, pretty recent.
