TMI- First u/s today with fab news now bleeding & freakish out!

I had my first u/s today and measured 6w5d and heard the heartbeat. Dr said everything looked great! That was 12hrs ago. I just woke up to pee and in bleeding! No cramps but it's red and I thought a lot! I wiped 3 times and it seemed less and more brown after but I'm freaking out! We were so excited by the apt that we told my parents last night. Here I know it's gross but I feel like a photo may help.
