I am 100 pounds rn and want to lose my muffin top or baby weight. I’m 17 years old. I’ve been working on losing the weight for around 3 months now but there is no difference in weigh and my stomach will not go inside! It frustrates me sooo much. I’ve avoided sugary stuff, fried stuff, diets, detox water every morning and anything that I could think of making me gain weight but no success. I’ve been doing yoga, cardio, sit ups pushups, squats, lunges.. etc with weights!
Any tips or advice to lose the muffin top faster?
