Weight loss and exercise help please
I’m starting to work out and I always ended shaking and some random guy told it’s because I don’t eat well before going to the gym. My question is what should I eat before? I work and I have no time to go and make some smoothies jut I can try my best to pre pack something to eat and I’m trying to lose weight.
And another question I lost weight but my body fat didn’t go low. What I’m doing wrong? I have cut my calories intake and I’m eating kinda healthy
