advice please

Elizabeth

Hello everyone. I am really in need of advice please. I am 27 weeks pregnant and a support worker (uk) which means I lone work alot, do sleeping nights and have to use a hoist/manual handle ect as the lady I support is in a wheelchair. Work have done a risk assessment and there is alot in the high risk category. They have said I can stop and do admin instead but this will involve an hours drive for me each way, currently it takes me 15/20 mins to get to work. I told them my hips are really sore and I can't drive that far. My choice is stay here where I am struggling or drive miles. Does anyone know if that amounts to resonable adjustments to my work? Not sure who to ring for advice, any suggestions? HR are no good as they will tell me to work at the office an hour away. Thanks in advance
