HELP! Recently Diagnosed with PCOS

Melissa • Diagnosed PCOS, Type 1 diabetes! Pregnant with Our Rainbow! 🌈👶🏼❤️ Mommy to an Angel 👼

Hey ladies, so I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS so all of this and TTC Is new to me!

So I had a period in January and got a positive opk only to find out through blood-work at my doctors office that I never actually ovulated (false positive opk).

Then my doctor wanted to wait and see if I would start my period on my own the month of February, I did not!

She now has been taking a 10 day round of provera to jumpstart a cycle, I am currently on day 5 of the medication.

I took a hpt the day before I started provera just to be sure and it was a bfn. I am now experiencing some dull cramping on the lower left side of my abdomen.

Is it possible that I may have ovulated in February and just never knew it and so this may be implantation cramping!? Should I test just to be sure or finish the provera and then if I don’t start my cycle test!?
