Coworkers suspicions

My coworkers are having suspicions that I'm pregnant. I have only told my boss to start the maternity leave paperwork with hr but I told her it is too early to tell everyone else. I'm 9wks and 3days and was trying to hold off until the end of the 1st trimester. I fill like they know and worried that I'm going to look like a liar when it does come out. I have been wearing my regular clothes nothing baggy. What would you guys do or have done?
