pregnant with 2nd!

My daughter just turned 1 on February 28th and I got a positive pregnancy test yesterday, just about 4 weeks pregnant. My husband and I wanted another but not necessarily this fast. My daughter will be approximately 21 months old [almost 2] when the baby is born. Of course a million things are running through my head [daycare expenses, how my family will watch 2 kids vs. 1, "starting over" with a newborn if that makes any sense, not sleeping again, taking care of a 21 month old and newborn alone when my husband is at work, he is on 2nd shift but will go on 3rd shift in December, and a million other things] please tell me everything will be Ok?!
