Organic coccnut oil

Any African american moms (or others) 😊 use organic coconut oil in their infants hair for regrowth ? My 5 week old had hair at birth but was pretty thin on top an still is. It has thinned out/feel out even more since then which I expected. I was told to use the oil in her hair/scalp once a day an I'll see some good results ! Jus curious as to how soon I'll see results an if any others have used it in their child's hair. Dont want my lil girl looking like a lil old man 👴🏽😂 Thanks !
