Confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

Aunt flow is 3 days late I've been ttc for 7 months now but this last fertile window I didnt have sex only before my last aunt flow. I've never been late only if I was pregnant. I am 39 I wonder if I'm starting menopause? I just went to the obgyn last week she said I was good gave me calcium & prenatal pills. Idk I could be thinking too much into this any advice will help.
