Cream cheese? Safe or should avoid?

Is cream cheese okay during pregnancy?  (Like Philadelphia cream cheese)

If you are eating a soft cheese in the United States it is pasteurized, only raw cheeses that have been aged for 60+days (making them hard) can be legally sold in the US.  I don't even know why doctors continue to tell people this stuff about non-pasteurized soft cheeses, it's a waste of time.  Cheese it up girls!

When in doubt just check labels for "pasteurized" I don't know where you're from but almost everything in the US is pasteurized as regulated by food law

If the package says it's made with pasteurized milk you're good to go! 👍

As long as whatever dairy product you're consuming is pasteurized then it's ok. You can even find pasteurized bries!
