New to all this....Again!

Hi all. I had my surgery in January and as the time for us to start TTC approaches I am getting more nervous. Is there anything in particular that I need to do? I know it happened so easy with my first but a lot can happen in 10 years. I'm just concerned it won't be easy this time around.
