Should I Take A Test?? Very very nervous!

According to this app I’m only about 4 days late, but on another app I used previously it said I was 7 days late. I’ve had very light and very short little cramps that last no longer than a couple seconds, which is normal when my period is near but I’ve had no breast tenderness which I always get. Should I take a test?? My boyfriend and I only had sex twice, both times with a condom that didn’t break or leak. I’m a freshman in college and I’m really not ready for this at all, i’m feeling very helpless at the moment and could really use some advice or direction.
