Anyone else waking up to leg cramps in the middle of the night?

I drink a ton but gah these things hurt

I started eating a banana a day and that keeps them from happening.  Sooooo painful!

I was getting them frequently but I've started stretching every day and drinking more water and it's greatly decreased. I hope you start getting some relief
