How necessary is it to orgasm when trying to conceive?

I know it increases the chances but I'm hoping orgasm isn't super a important factor in trying to conceive. I don't want to get too personal but I know I'm not going to. To be simple, I'm a lesbian and our sexual arrangement is strictly business. I've heard even straight girls don't orgasm when they have sex, but I honestly don't know. I know this question is awkward but please comment if you know or have any advice.
