With my older 3 children I bleached my hair the norm 3 month. I have dark roots so gotta go for touch ups. But it lasts just the same, and this pregnancy I’ve done full coverage of brown, twice tomorrow will be my 3rd. I’m natural a natural blonde, so the brown fades after a month and half id day. But that’s kinda typical. I go for it, just if you notice your light headed, or if your eyes get blurry. Ask to step outside for a min or 2. That happened a few times with bleach, but fresh air will do you some good(:

I switched to ammonia free bleach and it was a game changer. Less chemicals and intense smell 👌🏻

In an open area, you can dye your hair no problem

You can but try not to breathe it in it helps to put a shower cap on while color is processing
