Ovulation cramps and bloating
Is it common for ovulation cramps to be so uncomfortable? I've heard that they are usually pretty light, but the past few days they have been pretty painful. I've been very bloated and occasionally nauseous. I recently went off birth control towards the end of May and my first period isn't expected until at least June 25th. My fertile window ends tomorrow. Just curious and a little confused. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
