Pregnant??

As of today it's been 40 days without my period.

I was diagnosed with a a kidney infection 11 days ago and I was taking antibiotics for it for 8 days.

The pregnancy tests from the emergency rooms have been negative. What happened to my period? I still have lower back pain, back aches & lower abdomen pain discomfort on the left side. Also as of 2 days ago my boobs (mostly nipples) are sore... PLEASE HELP😩😩😩
