Nutrition App for Pregnancy
Was wondering if anyone uses an app to track their nutrition during pregnancy? I am 29 weeks pregnant and want to start tracking my weight a little bit more closely. I am not trying to lose weight but want to make sure I am as healthy as I can be. Doctor told me to eat more protein and less Carbs. Wanted to find an app specifically for Pregnancy that could help track the nutrition of what I am earing as well as monitoring my weight. Anyone have any recomemdations on one they use that they really like?
