Itchy nipples????

Hi y’all! I’m about 7 days late for AF and CD 32 and all tests have been BFN. I don’t really have signs of AF or pregnancy. Just some random nausea throughout the day, watery/lotiony CM and itchy nipples. Anyone else experience this and gotten BFP later on??? I’m going insane!
