Prayers needed !

My Grandma was cancer free for ten years until about two months ago , she went in for a hip replacement and got more horrible news , her cancer was back .. In 3 different places .. Her Chemo wasnt working .. Her immune system is shutting .. I got a call from my aunt this morning ..they Believe she'll pass tonite or sometime tomorrow but Only God knows. :(

Even tho I'd rather her be at peace then in pain, i pray she holds on as long as possible. I was with her all day , even though she was sleeping the whole time. I hope she knew i was there <3
