Filed but not served.

Hey all, so I filed for divorce in February, moved out in march but haven't served my ex. I wasn't in love, we were roommates really. He doesn't work, only plays video games and didn't appreciate me. Anyway, everytime I want to serve him and bring up divorce, he starts crying and telling me in a terrible heartless b***h. Anyway, I want to be divorced, I resent him, but for some reason I am nervous about serving him. Anyone else experience this?
