It can take a healthy woman who is try to conceive about 6-12 months. It's hard to be patient. But honestly if you think this app may be off on your fertile window, your best bet is to take opk's and figure out which day you ovulate, then baby dance. I baby dance every other day during my fertile window, and make sure to baby dance after I get a positive result. After you get a positive it takes approximately 12-36 hours for you to ovulate. Time it out and if you're not sure, do both days just to make sure.
