Uuuugggghhhhh PREGNANT?!

I’m currently 36 days late (will be 37 tomorrow) DH and I haven’t had sex since Dec 7 (our baby has been sick, then me sick, then husband sick 😷) and my last period was Dec 28- Jan 2. I took a test & come back negative but i took it in the afternoon. My husband just started a new job & wont get insurance until the beginning of next month. My OBGYN doesn’t back pay so I can’t visit right now... Has this happened to anyone and they actually were pregnant??
