The pill! Need help

I started taking the pill 3 weeks ago, and how I didn't want to take them with me averywhere, I decided to always cut 1 or 2 pill out of the packeg they came from and have them on my wallet. The thing is I haven't been consuming them I order 1-28 I've been jumping, but having them everyday same time. Does that affects theefficiency of them?
