Help nasal congestion

Elia • My first pregnancy ended at 9 weeks my baby in my heart was taken out by a D&C. Now want to see what life has for my DH and me.
Well I have been suffering from really bad nasal congestion and idk what else to do. I do nasal irrigation, sudafed, tried benadryl. Nothing is actually taking my congestion away :'( any ideas for relief l?
