Does percocet make you nauseous?

I'm currently prescribed percocet and it makes me so nauseous to the point where I feel as though I have the flu. It's really awful and would like to be able to function or even fall asleep without feeling like I'm going to vomit. Anyone else get sick from them? Have you switched medications? Thanks.

itll definitely make your stomach upset! if you can, take woth food or milk.

Drink tons of water while taking pain meds, they also cause constipation. Be sure to eat while taking but load up
In fiber and take stool softeners like docusate sodium or mirilax . Narcotics slow everything down, even urination.

First time I took one I was fine, just very laid back and relaxed. The second time I took one I was extremely nauseous and ended up throwing up which helped some. Drank a glass of milk and I was better. Seems to settle your tummy

Try to take it with milk or bread, basically make sure you aren't taking them on an empty stomach.

Thanks everyone. I drink plenty of water throughout the day and make sure to take it with food, so I'll try taking it with milk instead.
