Calling my OB once they open this morning, but has anyone had this? I'm 30 weeks. Work 12 hour shifts. Swelling gone down in ankles but still there. The red seems to be broken blood vessels. It happened yesterday.

I work in a doctor's office and just had a patient call to about this. Like you, she also works long shifts during which she pretty much on her feet the whole time. This is what the doctor had me relay to her..
Though this is not a common occurrence, apparently isn't rare either, and in most cases completely benign. In her case it was a combination of: last trimester water retention, a very slight increase in her sodium intake from cravings, and spending too much time in her feet. He had me bump her next appointment up, but only from it being three weeks away to the week we were going into, but to either come right in or go to the ER if it became hot to the touch and painful. And to keep them elevated whenever she sat down unless she wanted to take warm bath to help the briusing.

He was honestly more concerned about the amount of time she was spending on her feet, then her sodium levels. Obviously, the bruising is caused by the edema from the sodium and her hormones and that's why its not too big of a deal. However, he is a big believer that it is a warning sign if your body is reacting like that from being on your feet for too long.

Hi! I went to an urgent care and they called  by OB (was after hours). The OB said to see them tomorrow. So yesterday the OB nurse called me and told me swelling is normal. I said I am aware but what about the red broken blood vessels going up my leg. She pretty much brushed it off and said my blood work and blood pressures have all been normal so just elevate my legs and they will see me Tuesday at my aapt. Easier said than done. I'm a nurse mused and on my feet for 12 hours a shift! 
 I'll include a pic of it now. It's quite unsightly.

I would go in I have swelling but not like that could be preeclampsia I would go to be safe

Did you go to the ER? That doesn't look good. I have had severe swelling and it never popped blood vessels. Hope everything is ok.
