No symptoms miscarriage?

I heard that if you don't have any symptoms then you're most likely to miscarry???
I'm 4 weeks 5 days and it's always in my mind now I'm so terrified of losing my little one :(

Symptoms normally kick in at around 6 or 7 weeks and not everyone gets symtoms. Try not to drive yourself crazy. If you are not bleeding then relax and try to enjoy your pregnancy. 😊😊😊 Congrats!

You may be a little too early to get symptoms. But, every body is different. My mornin sickness hit me like a brick wall starting week 8. So, I say relax and enjoy the lack of symptoms now. 😉

That's not true at all. My pregnancy has been completely healthy and I never had symptoms. (Unless you count her kicking now).

Not true. My only symptom has been tired. But I have two children one 5 and other 3. I've never had morning sickness in any pregnancies. Don't listen to everyone else's symptoms.

That's not true at all! All women and pregnancies are different. I had very very mild symptoms and none started until 5 weeks. I only had mild nausea (never threw up), my boobs were a little sore, and I have not had any major emotional issues either. The first and second trimester I just had bad acne....but I always had it a little especially around my period.  I'm 26+3 with a healthy baby boy and I STILL have very few symptoms.

Not true. My pregnancies are very mild. I don't get morning sickness and I often "forget" I'm pregnant (except for my huge growing belly of course.) I have one beautiful daughter and am currently 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2. Everything is going great! Lack of symptoms does not necessarily mean something is wrong. Every body/pregnancy is different.

I've not had any symptoms and didn't know I was pregnant until the 13 week mark after a blood test showed high levels. I'm 23 weeks now and still nothing. You may just be one of the lucky ones. I only feel the baby move since I'm so far along. Relax and let your doc know how you feel. ❤️
