Physical symptoms

I'm pregnant second time around after 5 years and 5 months of conception assistance. The day before I had to take a pregnancy test, I felt a definite flutter and stretching in the abdomen area. Slight cramps too. Then nothing for a few days, doc is checking hcg levels and they are growing. But today at 4w5d, I am feeling a dull pain in my left ovary area... Esp if I lie down and get up.... Is this normal? Please share your thoughts, will be comforting. Thanks.
