Stress/anxiety

Ugh. Ok, hi everyone. I would appreciate some advise...I'm 7w3d, and 345lbs. I'm healthy otherwise, no high blood pressure, diabetes or cholesterol issues...however, my husband and I were trying to conceive for 6 years, and had "unexplained infertility". We did two rounds of IUIs with no luck. Amazingly enough, it just happened on it's own! Anyway...I've been having a lot of anxiety lately that there is something wrong, and I'm going to have a mc...my OB is on vacation, and won't be able to see me until the 29th...should I call back and get a different OB so I can have my 1st ultrasound to ease my anxiety, or should I wait? I just know it's no good for anyone if I'm super stressed out 😕
