What's your opinion on coffee while pregnant?

I have read  that one Cup of coffee while pregnant is okay. What are some of your opinions from those that are pregnant now or have been pregnant and either drank coffee or didn't?? I am an avid coffee drinker, and I am six weeks pregnant today, and I still have my one cup A day but it's half decaf. I have read that this is totally safe, but my husband thinks I should stop drinking coffee altogether??
