Fashion tips for glow in the dark legs?

Question

My legs are whiter than Shakira's teeth, and there's no amount of sun that does anything about it. I don't do spray on tan and lotion or bronzer just make them orange. I'm looking for clothing tips, like styles or colors, because I'm tired of wearing jeans during summer.

idk i wear whatever the fuck i want. i don't care about fashion trends. People say they like how i dress and that I'm very fashionable but i just wear things that i like. i love my pale ass skin and i live in southern California so it's sunny most of the time and i usually wear shorts most of the year. do i glow in the dark? yes. do i look like a second sun on a sunny day? yes. i am blindingly pale and i wear what i want.

there's nothing wrong with being pale. It means you take care of your skin and don't fry yourself in a tanning bed. Dont be afraid to work it! I'm pale and I still rock short shorts skirts/dresses all summer with no shame 
but also, if you ever do want a little bit of color, have you ever tried the gradual tanning lotions that you apply every dau? They work pretty well and don't leave orange streaks

girl wear whatever you want. if anyone has anything to say just blind them with your pale-ness. i wear all black all year round and i'll still rock shorts with my glow in the dark legs cause its how i look and im not gunna try to change it or risk cancer from tanning or something like that. i burn i dont tan lol, it is what it is.

I live in Florida and even though I get a light tan I am still super pale. like, blindingly white. Spray tans always rub off unevenly and you can tell it's fake. I used to wear pants to hide them but now IDGAF. It's too uncomfortable to be wearing jeans all summer. I do find that wearing gray, black, bright red, or taupe khaki shorts/skirts makes me looker paler. So I try to stick to medium wash jean shorts, or lighter colored khakis or even white. Because the white will make you look slightly darker.
