how did you find out?

so I'm just wondering how everyone found out they were pregnant did you miss a period and if so how many days after you knew you were late did you take a test? or did you just know and what were your first signs that you thought you might be??

I thought I had a yeast infection and since I took my IUD out we used condoms about 80% of the time. But since it wasn't 100% of the time something told me to take a test before using Monistat. So I did and nothing came up at first so I washed my hands and got ready to throw away the test until I took a look at it again and realized there was something that looked like a very faint line. I took one again the next day and the next and sure enough now I am 33 weeks pregnant.

1st pregnancy- positive test 1 day before expected period. 2nd pregnancy- took a test 2 days after missed period.

I had creamy/egg white cervical mucus my whole two week wait, then the day of my missed period my breasts hurt really bad. I also had really bad mood swings. I'm never like that on my period, I'm bitchy, but not like that. I took a test at day five of my missed period on an hour and a half hold and the positive popped up instantly!

I tracked bbt and I had a dip at 8DPO and then cramps 9 DPO and my temp kept rising (higher than normal) so I tested 10 DPO in the morning and had maybe a vfl and then I tested again in the pm (it was Valentine’s Day so I thought “what the heck”) and it was positive!

I didn’t realise I even missed a period I was in my own world! The day my sister went into premature labour I was sat waiting for a bus in winter sat in a t-shirt, I’m the type of girl who wears 10 coats in summer never mind winter! It just clicked and I was like ‘ I’m pregnant’ so I started to take folic acid and then I thought to myself I need to take a test but I was 100% sure I was pregnant and I was 6 and a half weeks x
