12 Days late

my cycle was 12 days late and I had symptoms like I was pregnant. Sore nipples to going to the restroom all the time. To being nauseous and vomiting sometimes. So after all three of my apps said I was late, I called my doctor and ask for a blood test yesterday. And last night I started spotting got the phone call this morning from my doctor and they said it was negative blood test so I don't know what the heck is going on with my body and I lost 30 pounds and still can't get pregnant. Im so over this TTC after two years and my SO don't even have sex with me like now. Sorry I just needed to get this off my chest, I know if its God time he will bless us with a baby.
