Engorgement help
My milk came in too early. Like just full on all of the sudden at the beginning of day two postpartum. So now my sweet boy is only eating about 10 minutes at a time bc his stomach can’t take that much milk in.y breasts are now engorged. They are painful and leaking. What can I do?
