Negative OPK but having ovulation cramps??

Glow says I'm supposed to at peak today and tomorrow. I've been feeling some cramps today like I'm going to O but took an opk and it's negative. Anyone have knowledge why this may be?​

You can get ovulationpain even a week before your egg jumps. You feel the growing of the egg so keep on testing and good luck!

Maybe it's getting ready to happen and that's why you feel the cramps. Do you test with fmu at the same time everyday?

Ovulation  tests mesure the LH hormone... the body actually starts to produce it BEFOR ovulation starts to signal the egg to be released from the ovary. When you get a positive opk test it means you will be ovulating usually within 24 to 48 hours after.....it doesn't always mean you ovulated the day you tested.

I've taken them every day for the last 5 days, most days twice a day, so I know I haven't ovulated yet.

Last month I had O pains for a number of days before I got my +OPK. Maybe it is the follicle swelling before it gets released? Hopefully it happens soon!
