Should i test?

Dolores • 25 👧 My family is my world ❤ 💙 R.I.P my little angels 5-29-13 👼 8-31-19 👼. Everything happens for a reason 💕 ❤💙
My periods are irregular and i have noticed that i get her every 3 months or so. Should i still test every month just to be safe than sorry? I would really appreciate it ^.^
