Need some advice.

My grandparents are coming down from Idaho (we live in cali) for our second child’s birth (due in April). I will most likely be induced sometime in April so there will be a heads up as to when Baby is coming. So here is the problem. I have two big dogs. They are both male pits. They have two little Shih Tzus dogs that are male and female and like 7 years old. My grandma didn’t really ask, but more informed me that her and my grandpa and their dogs will be coming to stay with us for a week when the baby is born. There are two things here that I’m worried about. One, my dogs will eat their little dogs and two, that’s a lot of people/pets in my house when I’m bringing home a newborn. It’s me, my husband, my 20 month old daughter our two big dogs and a new baby. Plus them and their two dogs.

So I’m trying to figure out how to kindly tell her that I don’t need the added stress of worrying about all these damn dogs while I’m having a baby and bringing her home.
