Help!!!

So I was 8 days late for my monthly then I started spotting. It was only for 2 days and was really light the first day then a little heavier the second day. Then it stopped and a few days later I after I would use the bathroom and wipe I’d have light light pinkish blood on the toilet paper. My friend suggested I take a test because when she first found out she was expecting the same thing happened to her. I took this test around lunch time and this showed up within the time frame.
