a sign? maybe no MC afterall?

I found out I was pregnant about 2 weeks ago after TTC for about a year with Femara and trigger shot. Last Saturday I started having some brown spotting which progressed into some bleeding, not as heavy as a period, but definitely bleeding, but no clots/tissue. I was also having severe abdominal cramping but I think (hope) it was constipation related because after some miralax and sennokot the cramping went away. But I still can't shake the horrifying thought that I may have been miscarrying this week. I will find out on Monday at my ultrasound if all is well I suppose...but today my bleeding significantly decreased/stopped. So meanwhile I'm putting together our new TV stand and all of a sudden my screw driver won't stay in the friggin screw...well I took a closer look and...it's a little baby screw stuck in the mamma screw. A sign? I hope so 😞.
