clot & bleeding after strenous exercise
I haven't exercised much before. I was really pushing myself hard. well when I got home I went to the bathroom and found this. I was only on cd 13 or so. And after this there hasn't been anymore blood...? Any advice or input would be great. I posted in fitness with no response.
