Latest period cycle

Lately, me and my bf are trying to conceive...my IUD was removed back in November 2014. I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism in January 2014.

Recently, I was supposed to start my cycle on sat 6/6/15, but ended up starting on mid-sun 6/7/15. It started off light that day and heavy for the next 2 days. My period lasted up to mid wed 6/10/15 and completely stopped for for 24 hours. It started back up late thurs 6/11/15 and it comes and goes light...and sometimes spotting til this day (fri 6/12/15)...I've been looking for answers for my strange cycle and keep coming across implantation bleeding...I also contacted my OBGYN office and they informed me to take a pregnancy test and to call them back whether if it's positive or negative...any thoughts?
