Help please!!

I've had a mild yeast infection since the beginning of January. The first month it was itchy and just the worst. After that month the itch stopped. But I still have clumpy cm (not really cottage cheese type) and sometimes when I have sex it hurts a little bit like I'm being ripped open lol. (Maybe it's just me). Also my skin bleeds after I have sex like if my skin stretched out. I don't know. But I want to know what kind of medicine or anything to take this away. Please help.
