Should I worry about this bruise?

I put my finger next to it for size comparison. Well, I don't remember ever hitting my hip anywhere although it's possible. But, it really hurts and is sore to the touch and raised and bumpy. The only reason I'm worried about a random bruise like this is I honestly don't remember bumping into anything THAT hard to cause such a big one. I have UTI right now so I have a fever so I'm not worried about the fever being related to the bruise. But I'm also taking birth control that could cause blood clotting which is what I am worried about, but idk. Should I just chalk it up to a weird bruise or should I be concerned at all?
