help pleaseeeee

I just got the depo shot a few days ago, and since then, I've had headaches and migraines from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed, crazy mood swings, my blood pressure is way to high(causing me to almost pass out) and just in general feel so shitty. can the doctor give me something to counter act the depo all together? like I'm just done with birth control, I'm gonna get fixed. but I just cant be in constant pain like this...
