Unhealthy weight
I'm ashamed to admit that I'm very over weight. To be at a healthy weight I need to loose 100-130 pounds. I'm going to start going to the gym next month (after I'm out of my first trimester) I have tried to loose weight last year I lost 50 pounds and then gained 70 back. I constantly feel so hungry, I try to cut back and then I feel like im starving! What do I do so I dont feel this way? How can I loose weight healthy?
