Weird question

So I started fertilaid on May 22nd, ovulated on June 7th, I'm 5 dpo, and on 3 dpo, I woke up with a terrible headache, just felt like crap all together ( all of this came outta nowhere). Now today when I woke up, felt fine-- then while at work I got these terrible cramps. And outta nowhere I had like soupy bm's all day  (tmi sorry). I've been reading on some sites that people had this and got bfp's , other said its just "your body getting back to it normal levels about ovulation. I've had other symptoms. But I'm trying not to get to excited because I know pregnant symptoms are the same as pms, and I know it's too early to take a test.
